Individual Session
Sessions are 50 minutes long. During our first session together (called 'intake') we will discuss a plan for our work together and get an overview of your concerns. At this first session, we will discuss the type of therapy you would like to engage with. Cost: $180

Group Session
Monthly
Sessions are 2 hours long. To be a group participant, you will need to book an initial consult with me to discuss your concerns and to work out what kind of group would be best for you. Groups are a minimum of 3 people, maximum of 8. I run specialist groups for children and young people as well as adults. Please check the Group Session page to see the upcoming list. Cost: $90 for each participant. This includes costs of materials and refreshments.
Medicare Rebates
Currently counsellors and art therapists are not medicare or healthcare fund recognised pracitioners. I do have a provider number with Medibank as some of their extras packages do cover for counselling services. You will need to contact Medibank to check whether your cover is eligible for this.
Reduced Rates
Concession rates are available for all individual sessions for fulltime students and healthcare or pension card holders. Please let me know if finances are your main reason for not seeking therapy for yourself or your child and we can discuss this. Cost: $160
